First of all, its not only men saying not all men, women are saying it too.

Second, all feminists say Not All Feminists, if you wanna get technical.

Third, its more accurate to say “All feminists” than it is to say “All men” because being a feminist is a choice and requires a similar mindset to the next feminist, whilst being a man is NOT a choice and doesnt even require someone to have a penis, let alone a similar mindset.
